HI TARUN !!!!
First of all SORRY for a late reply... Actually i was busy with the closing (year 2006-07)
Yes B.tech + MBA(IB)................ looking at the present scenerio......... good combination..................

some profiles are

1. Customer relations (international division) in a IT firm
Here you have to handle foreign clients of your company.You can explorer both the professional qualifications. B.Tech > as you are handling clients (discussing their technical requiments) MBA-IB>looking after global accounts(i.e. client) of the IT firm
pay scales are really high and shoots up with experience and core knowledge of IT and International scenerio

2. Business development manager in a firm engaged in IT recruitment for their oversear clients.
Here you have to explorer different countries and give client(orders) to the firm. then your company will search and recruit people for that client.

3. HR (IT) International recruitments
Here you have to take interviews (thru telecommunication) of people in other countries (interview on different fields related to IT). later on after promotion and relevant experience they will handover you some clients, give you a team and will ask you to fulfill all the requirements of tha foreign clients...

4. business analyist(IT projects) -A profile with good scope.
Suppose a client gives the company a order, say for a customised software, now you have check the fasibility of the project, that is,
* how much manpower will the project require
* total expenses
*profitability
* time it will require
* and many more such issues

I hope this will help you

ALL THE BEST FOR ALL THE GOOD THINGS YOU DO
